We offer the preparation of tax and commercial situation reports that cover:
- Review of financial statements and comments on accounts of interest to the advisor
- Review of being up to date in terms of tax obligations of self-assessments submitted
- Review of being up to date in terms of tax debts for self-assessments or other tax concepts
- Review of the company's business situation
Presentation and preparation of documentation
To comply with the following obligations:
- Annual Corporate Income Tax Return
- Official books to be filed at the Commercial Registry in April of each year (at the client's request, entails a payment to the Commercial Registry by the company, approx. 70 euros)
- Annual Accounts for filing with the Mercantile Registry in July of each year (at the client's request, an additional payment to the Mercantile Registry is made by the company, approx. 90 euros)
